Mike’s hardboiled crime fiction has appeared in anthologies alongside such literary icons as Elmore Leonard, Walter Mosley, and James Lee Burke.

Mike wrote  several scripts for legendary filmmaker Roger Corman, including the Syfy hits Sharktopus and 

Piranhaconda, and the action thriller Operation Rogue.
